Inky AI is an AI-powered assistant that integrates with your Instagram business account to automatically respond to direct messages, answer questions about your tattoo services, and book first consultations on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Instagram business or creator account to use the Service.

4. AI-Generated Responses

Inky AI generates responses based on the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated messages may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your business information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Inky AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
