From Tattoo Artists (Our Users)

  • Instagram account connection data, including access tokens
  • Google Calendar connection data for scheduling
  • Business information you provide (availability, pricing, services, booking preferences)
  • Account information (email address)

From Clients (People Who Message You)

  • Instagram DM message content sent to and from your account
  • Tattoo consultation details shared in conversation
  • Booking information (selected consultation time)

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Reading and responding to Instagram DMs on behalf of tattoo artists
  • Generating booking links and scheduling consultations via Google Calendar
  • Storing tattoo consultation details so artists have context before a session
  • Improving and maintaining the Inky AI service

4. Third-Party Services

  • Meta / Instagram API to read and send direct messages
  • Google Calendar API to manage bookings
  • Convex for secure data storage

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or other third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect or delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days. See our Data Deletion page.
