What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we remove the following:
- Your Instagram connection and stored access tokens
- All DM conversation data processed by Inky AI
- Client consultation details (design preferences, placement, size, budget)
- Booking history and scheduling data
- Your account information and preferences
How to Request Deletion

Email us directly
Send an email to hello@useinky.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the Instagram username connected to your account.

Meta data deletion callback
If you remove Inky AI from your Instagram connected apps, Meta will automatically notify us via a data deletion callback. We will process the deletion and send you a confirmation.
Timeline
All data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
What We Cannot Delete
- Google Calendar events that were already created (these live on your Google account and can be removed there)
- Messages already delivered through Instagram (these are controlled by Meta)
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you
